FIVE BEHAVIOURS - TEAM PROGRAM
What is this training about?

This workshop focuses on putting The Five Behaviors model into practice. Team members will better understand how they and others contribute to their team’s development, and how their part of the whole can make or break the team and it's dynamic.

The experience acknowledges one’s humanity and enables each team member to recognize and embrace their shared imperfections, ultimately establishing a strong foundation of vulnerability-based trust.  It is designed specifically to help people on an intact team understand themselves, other personalities on the team, and strategies for how to work better together.

This program will deep dive into each part of the model with exercises and discussion to develop a greater understanding of each area and how it can apply in everyday team settings.

The Five Behaviors

The Five Behaviors Model is used to help team members learn to work together more efficiently and effectively and become a more cohesive team.

  • Trust One Another: When team members are genuinely transparent and honest with one another, they are able to build vulnerability-based trust.

  • Engage In Conflict Around Ideas: When there is trust, team members are able to engage in the unfiltered, constructive debate of ideas.

  • Commit To Decisions: When team members are able to offer opinions and debate ideas, they will be more likely to commit to decisions:

  • Hold One Another Accountable: When everyone is committed to a clear plan of action, they will be more willing to hold one another accountable.

  • Focus on Achieving Collective Results: The ultimate goal of building greater trust, conflict, commitment, and accountability is one thing: the achievement of results.
