The Team Diagnostic™ is a unique approach to working with teams because it regards the team as a dynamic “system”. A team is more than the sum of its parts. A team is a living, dynamic entity with its own personality, spoken and unspoken rules, vision, blind spots, even moods. With the Team Diagnostic™ the team’s needs are explored independent of the needs of any single member and it assesses the team as a whole, whereas other assessment tools will look at what each individual brings to the team.
The Team Diagnostic model defines seven separate productivity factors and seven positivity factors. Methodology to roll out and catapult your team to Peak Performance
Phase 1 - Set a baseline, using the diagnostic tool to get a status of where you are today. From here we create an action plan to take you where you want to be.
Phase 2 - Regular coaching sessions to integrate new team behaviours
Phase 3 - Completion including a review of what has been learned, post coaching measurement of performance and plans for next steps
