NINA GIUSTINIANI

I'm a Professional Coach and Behavioural Change Expert.

We all have the power to influence how we feel and what we do - we do all the time! The challenge is to acquire enough self-awareness and understanding of this power to intentionally direct it towards what serves us.

Becoming a self-aware and modern leader is a positive force in our own lives as much as it is a positive force for any team and company we work for.

My Story

How come some people adjust and thrive quickly in a new job, in a new city or in a new culture - and others don’t? My curiosity around this question is what brought me to the science of behavioural change and the field of professional coaching. It motivated me to go back to school in my 40s to undertake a Master’s Degree in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School in the UK.

Living as an expat and working in many different countries for the last 25 years has made me a true life-long learner and very comfortable with change and transitions. I like to call my coaching approach 'human centric' as it is always adapted to the individual, to the team, and to the company I am working with. And as we know we are all different.

I am passionate about enabling my clients to go from the 'what' to the 'how' of transformational change. And let us be clear: Change is almost always hard and messy. It requires focus, determination, and clarity of where to pool resources of effort, time and money. It also requires a fair amount of boldness and vulnerability to be able to have the conversations needed. A big part of my job is to create the environment and space for these conversations to happen.

Over the last 10 years, I have worked as an independent professional coach in the Czech Republic, Hong Kong, and now in Switzerland. My clients are typically C-suits leaders in companies who are going through digital and other transformations.

I became PCC certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2019 and am currently serving as the President-Elect of ICF Switzerland. I also work as project manager, workshop facilitator, and as associate tutor on the Henley MBA program.

I am originally from Sweden but grew up internationally. I am married with three children and live in Lausanne, Switzerland.
