As teams become more complex, more fluid, and more remote, team members must navigate an environment in constant flux. That’s no easy task, and employees must be flexible, socially adept, and relationship savvy to navigate interpersonal challenges and achieve collective gains within and across their teams. Engaging within a team now accounts for over 60% of employees’ time.

I work with you to help your team work more effectively. Like any new skill, it takes time, more than attending a workshop or engaging in improvement discussions.  Change happens over time by practising new behaviours. I provide team coaching, experiential learning and tools to support your team's growth and development to become and perform as a high-performing team.

I am happy to work with any framework, 360 or psychodynamic instrument your company is using. I also often work with a coach collegue if the team is larger than eight people and am happy to complement any company internal leadership program you are running.

 

I am trained by two of team coaching most prominent founders, Peter Hawkins and David Clutterbuck and use their frameworks frequently. Tools, when combined with coaching, create a powerful learning experience for any team.
